Leadership track in NORWAY !!

Hello everyone!!

I hope you’re doing amazing and falling more in love with Jesus every single day!!

I’m in Norway for three months doing a Leadership Track with YWAM, and God is moving! We live on a beautiful farm in the countryside, and our days are full of class, training, worship, intercession, discipleship, community, and seeking the Lord!!

We’ve been diving deep into the perfect leadership of Jesus-the One who leads with humility, servanthood, compassion, power, and complete obedience to the Father!! Everything we need to know about leadership is found in Him!

Our classes often overflow because we get caught up encountering Jesus. He’s been igniting vision, passion, and direction in this track!

Here’s what God has been speaking to me lately:

• The Word of the Lord never fails!

• All we need is the presence of God!! Not strategies or stability or plans- BUT HIM!

• It’s easy to chase what looks impressive, but what is the Lord asking right now?!

  - Woman at the well (John 4): She ran to tell the town, but didn’t do the one thing Jesus asked- bring her husband.

  - Jesus at Bethesda (John 5): There were many sick people, but Jesus healed one man-because that’s what the Father was doing in that moment.

  → I want to live with that same awareness of His presence and will: “Father, what are You doing right now?”

  vs. what is the impressive or powerful thing to do.

• When the promise comes, I pray I’m found with two hands on the plough- faithful and obedient.

• “Your habits will be your children’s values.”

Last week we had Preachers Club! We’ve been learning to communicate and preach the Word of God with conviction and confidence- to carry His message with clarity, boldness, and love.

Coach Phil really challenged us this week to prepare a message every day and preach it the next day in small groups. I had so much fun dreaming with the Lord and communicating what He is saying!

This generation needs more communicators of the gospel who speak from prayer, conviction, and biblical accuracy!!

We’ve also been doing so much prayer, worship, and intercession!! Picture 110 young people crying out for revival across Norway, Canada, Nepal, North Africa, and so many other nations!

Revival and transformation start in rooms like this-where believers meet with God and refuse to settle for anything less than His glory and power across the world! We need more rooms like this!!

We also had a 26-hour Bible Burn, following Jesus’ Messianic role. It was so meaningful to read the Word of God in community and letting it transform us!

“Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it.” Luke 11:28

God Is Moving in Norway

Revival history is repeating itself! In the 1800s, Hans Nielsen Hauge, a farmer filled with the Holy Spirit, sparked a movement in the youth of Norway that transformed the nation through prayer, obedience, and the power of the Gospel. His message was simple: Love God. Live holy. Obey Him.

That same hunger is rising again! There’s a fresh cry across this nation:“Jesus, have Your way in Norway again!”

Five years ago, YWAM Grimerud had 10 young people-and this quarter there are 400! Leaders keep saying, “We’re not surprised. We’ve been praying for this!”God is so faithful to His word!

We met Doug and Luna, YWAM Grimerud’s new base leaders, who spent 28 years in India reaching an unreached people group. For 20 years, they saw no fruit, but they held onto God’s promise until it came to pass! Now, one of the 7,000 unreached people groups in the world has been reached!!

Their faith and confidence in the Word of the Lord provoked me so much to live faithfully and obediently. Jesus is so worthy of our yes-even when we can’t see the outcome.

Outreach in Norway

As a track, we really felt to do multiple outreaches this season- to not only train but to reach the lost!! WE REALLY WANT TO REACH THE LOST WITH THE GOSPEL!

A couple of weeks ago, we split into 9 teams, and my team went to Flekkerøy, Kristiansand, in southern Norway!

We partnered with a local church and youth conference-answering deep questions about faith, preaching the Gospel and Great Commission, sharing testimonies, and activating young people in their callings. Before going, I really felt the Lord say He was stirring hearts and dreams-that we would see missionaries, preachers, and evangelists come out of this time! And I had so many conversations and moments that aligned with this! I have so much faith for Norway!!

We also served practically-helping in the kitchen, coffee shop, and maintenance.

We even went night street/club evangelising, which was so fun and fulfilling- we had so many great conversations about Jesus and prayer moments!

The word I kept hearing from the Lord was “meaningful.”We watched hearts come alive and people catch fire for Jesus.

The harvest is ripe in Norway! People are ready to encounter Him.

The coming weeks!!

Next week, our track will partner with a local missions organisation, 'Bibles for All'- their heart is for every home in Norway to have a Bible! We’ll be going door-to-door every night next week, sharing Bibles and flyers that connect people to local churches. We’re praying to reach thousands of homes in one week with God’s Word! The Bible brings real transformation!!- Please pray for open hearts!

In one week, we’re heading out for European and Middle Eastern outreaches- seven days of worship, serving, intercession, and evangelism across the nations!!

And… I’M GOING TO TURKEY!!

I’m so excited and expectant for the Lord to move!!

I’ve been wanting to go to Turkey for two years and have prayed almost every day for the nation to know Jesus!! We have so much faith that God wants to move in real power!!

Right after, most of our track will also be travelling to The Send Sweden, a global missions gathering created to activate believers into their callings!! We’re so excited to be a part of what God is doing there- to worship, pray, and connect with other believers, especially Gen Z, as God stirs hearts for missions and wholehearted obedience!

As a GenZ missionary who really loves Jesus and missions, I’m really expectant to have conversations with people about what the Lord is doing in their lives and what He's stirring them to step into. God radically changed my life by awakening dreams of missions and calling me into His story- and I’m so excited to encourage others to say yes to whatever He’s leading them into.

We can’t wait to see God ignite hearts for the nations and transform lives during this time!!

Prayer Requests

Please keep praying for:

• Deeper intimacy with Jesus - that I would walk in a greater fear of the Lord and continue becoming more like Him each day.

• Strong community, deep friendships, and unity within our track and teams!

• Continued financial provision!

• Our Turkey outreach- that we would see encounter, healing, freedom, and transformation, and that we would carry His presence and go low in service, prayer, and faith.

• The Send Sweden - that God would ignite hearts for the nations, awaken callings, and stir a new generation of bold, obedient missionaries.

• Bibles for All outreach- that as we go door-to-door sharing His Word, hearts would be softened and transformed, and that every home would encounter Jesus through Scripture.
